Who we are.
ATOM D&B is a fit-out general contractor specialising in end-to-end delivery of commercial investments — from hotels under international brands, through class A offices, to Michelin Guide restaurants and industrial parks.
ATOM D&B has operated as a company since 2022, but the team’s experience reaches further back — the people who make up ATOM today have worked on the Polish fit-out market for over 10 years, continuously since 2016. ATOM is a dedicated structure in which that experience works towards one goal: predictable delivery for the investor.
Over four years we have built a portfolio spanning the most demanding fit-out projects in Poland. We work with leading architecture studios and investors for whom quality of execution is on a par with the design vision.

Budget optimisation without compromising quality
Knowledge of the materials market and of substitutes lets us propose equivalent technical solutions at a lower cost. We can present each quote in several pricing options — the decision is the investor’s.
Responsibility on the side of a single entity
Design and construction under one contract, with one point of contact. You no longer coordinate the designer, contractor and subcontractors, or call a dozen people to find out the status of the works — ATOM is accountable for the whole.
