We work in stable, long-term relationships with building-material manufacturers, interior-fit-out equipment suppliers and proven subcontractors. The ATOM ecosystem we have been building since 2022.
Established relationships
A multi-year map of the finishing-materials market. We work with manufacturers and trade distributors in Poland and Europe — from structural systems through construction chemicals to decorative claddings.
Value engineering
Budget optimisation based on market knowledge. Awareness of the materials market and of substitutes lets us select equivalent technical solutions — with similar or identical performance and visual qualities, at a lower cost. Every quote can include several pricing options.
Trade contractor network
A stable base of vetted subcontractors. Technical competence and reliability proven across many joint projects. Each of our standing subcontractors is a solid business partner — not just on paper.
Real savings
No compromise on quality or durability. A substitute does not mean a lower standard — it means an equally durable solution from another manufacturer. Every alternative complies with the designer’s specification and the investor’s requirements. Each proposed substitute is a fully certified product approved for use in construction — for all materials used we provide a complete set of material data sheets and declarations of conformity.
