2. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
3. Purpose and scope of processing
We process the personal data of atom-db.eu users for the following purposes:
- Handling enquiries submitted via contact forms and e-mail (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)
- Procurement and pre-qualification of contractors and business partners (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Recruitment — processing job applications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent)
- Website analytics — anonymous traffic statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest)
- Fulfilment of legal obligations — accounting, tax, archiving (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
4. Scope of data collected
Depending on the type of contact we collect: full name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, tax ID (NIP), message content, recruitment documents (CV) and technical data (IP address, browser type, entry source).
5. Data retention period
- Contact form data: 3 years from last contact
- Recruitment data (CV): 12 months from the end of the recruitment process
- Contractor data: for the duration of cooperation + 5 years after its end (accounting obligations)
- Analytics data: up to 26 months (Cloudflare Analytics)
6. Rights of data subjects
Everyone whose data we process has the right to:
- Access to their data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent at any time (if processing is based on consent)
- Lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)

7. Data recipients
Data may be shared only with entities authorised under the law (state authorities) or on the basis of data-processing agreements (IT support providers, accounting office, law firm). We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
8. Profiling and automated decisions
ATOM D&B does not make automated decisions or use profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
