Payment terms are set individually depending on the nature of the project and scope of work — from 7 to 35 days from the acceptance protocol. Every payment schedule is set out in the contract.

How we work with our contractors.
ATOM D&B works with subcontractors on uniform commercial terms. Every relationship is based on a written contract with a clearly defined scope, deadlines and payment terms.
Written contracts, uniform procedures
Every order is carried out under a written contract with an attached technical specification, work schedule and acceptance procedure. Corporate procurement standards.
One designated contact on ATOM’s side
Every contractor is coordinated by one dedicated person on the ATOM D&B side. A single point of contact, a clear decision path, direct communication during delivery.
Long-term cooperation, not contractor churn
Proven partners are brought into the project rotation within ATOM’s portfolio. The first contract serves as a competence check; subsequent ones are on preferential terms.

We work closely with many manufacturers of construction systems. For subcontractors bound to ATOM D&B by framework agreements, we organise training sessions and meetings with manufacturers — so their teams keep raising their competencies and work with the latest solutions available on the market.

Meetings with manufacturers
Direct contact with manufacturers’ technical advisors — support in selecting systems and solving execution issues.
